摘要
目的评价小规模限制性在线课程(SPOC)教学理念在中医儿科学课程中的应用及效果。方法选取120名四年级全日制本科生,在中医儿科学教学中实施基于SPOC的翻转课堂教学模式,包括课前、课中、课后3个部分。课前学生通过慕课(MOOC)平台的教学视频及教材完成自主学习后进行在线测试,课中通过讨论和答疑、病例分析、测试及总结、评价,进一步巩固相关知识,课后进行探索、拓展和满意度调查。结果接受SPOC教学活动的学生在课前个人测试中良好以上占比86.7%(104/120),课后测试良好以上占比93.3%(112/120),每名学生成绩均较前明显提高,平均成绩较前上升2.84分。学生教学参与度为97.3%。学生对SPOC教学模式整体较为满意,满意度平均分为44.89分。结论基于SPOC教学理念的教学模式有助于培养学生的自主学习能力,帮助学生构建中医思维,增加学习兴趣,提高学习效率。
Objective To evaluate the application and effect of SPOC teaching concepts in the pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods 120 fourth-grade full-time undergraduates to implement the SPOC-based flipped classroom teaching model in the teaching of pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine were selected,including three parts:pre-class,in-class,and after-class.Before class,students complete self-learning through the teaching videos and textbooks on the MOOC platform and then take online tests.During class,they will further consolidate relevant knowledge through discussion and answering,case analysis,testing,and summary evaluation.After class,they will conduct exploration and expansion and satisfaction surveys.Results The students who received SPOC teaching activities accounted for 86.6%(104/120)of students who were good or above in the pre-class personal test,and 93.3%(112/120)of the students who were good or above in the after-class test.The scores of each student were significantly higher than before,with an average increase of 2.84 points.Student participation in teaching is 97.3%.Students are generally satisfied with the SPOC teaching model,with an average satisfaction score of 44.89.Conclusion The teaching mode based on the SPOC teaching philosophy helps to cultivate students’autonomous learning ability and construct traditional Chinese medicine thinking,increase learning interest and improve learning efficiency.
