消炎汤、中药溻渍以及TDP联合治疗慢性盆腔炎性疾病临床观察

Clinical Observation Xiaoyan Decoction and Chinese Herbal Medicine Soaking Moistening Combined With TDP in the Treatment of Chronic Pelvic Inflammation

目的分析消炎汤、中药溻渍以及电磁波治疗仪(Thermal design power,TDP)联合治疗慢性盆腔炎性疾病的临床效果,并分析其对炎症因子水平的影响。方法研究对象选择辽宁省凤城市中医院于2018年6月—2020年7月期间收治的123例慢性盆腔炎患者,根据数表法将其分为2组,主要为对照组(61例)和研究组(62例),其中给予对照组单一消炎汤治疗,观察组在此基础上给予中药溻渍配合TDP治疗,比较2组治疗总有效率、炎症因子指标[白介素-2(IL-2)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)]水平。结果治疗后,相较于对照组(86.89%,53/61),观察组的治疗总有效率(96.77%,60/62)更高(P<0.05);相较于对照组,观察组的hs-CRP水平更低,IL-2水平更高(P<0.05)。结论消炎汤、中药溻渍以及TDP联合治疗慢性盆腔炎性疾病患者临床效果显著,并能够减轻炎症反应。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Xiaoyan decoction and Chinese herbal medicine soaking moistening combined with thermal design power(TDP)in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation,and to analyze the effect of TDP on the level of inflammatory factors.Methods A total of 123 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease admitted to Fengcheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2018 to July 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the number table method,including the control group(61 cases)and the study group(62 cases).The control group was treated with single anti-inflammatory decoction,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine vista combined with TDP on this basis.The total effective rate and levels of inflammatory factors interleukin-2(IL-2),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,compared with the control group(86.89%,53/61),the observation group the total effective rate was higher(96.77%,60/62)(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the hs-CRP level in the observation group was lower and the IL-2 level was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaoyan decoction and Chinese herbal medicine soaking moistening combined with TDP in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation has a significantly clinical effect,and can reduce the inflammatory response.
