颈夹脊穴行埋线针刀联合葛根汤治疗颈型颈椎病临床研究

Clinical Study on Cervical Jiaji Point Catgut Embedding Acupotomy Combined with Gegen Decoction it the Treatment of Cervical Spondylosis

目的探讨颈夹脊穴行埋线针刀联合葛根汤治疗颈型颈椎病的临床效果。方法将枣庄市妇幼保健院中医针推理疗科自2020年9月—2021年12月明确诊断为颈型颈椎病的90例患者随机均分为2组,治疗组采取颈夹脊穴埋线针刀,配合加减葛根汤口服。对照组给予毫针治疗,配合颈部推拿。结果治疗组总有效率为97.78%(44/45),对照组总有效率为86.67%(39/45),2组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论颈夹脊穴行埋线针刀联合葛根汤治疗颈型颈椎病效果显著,患者头痛、头晕改善,颈椎恢复良好,不良反应少,安全可靠,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Jiaji point catgut embedding acupotomy combined with Gegen decoction on cervical spondylosis.Methods 90 patients with cervical spondylosis diagnosed from September to December 2020 in Maternity and Child Health Care of Zaozhuang were randomly divided into 2 groups.The treatment group was treated with catgut embedding acupotomy at Jiaji acupoint and Gegen decoction orally.The control group was treated with filiform acupuncture and neck massage.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.78%(44/45),and that of the control group was 86.67%(39/45).There was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Jiaji point catgut embedding needle-knife combined with Gegen decoction in the treatment of cervical spondylosis has a significant effect in the treatment of cervical spondylosis.The headache and dizziness of patients are improved,the cervical spine is recovered well,and the adverse reactions are few,safe and reliable,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
