中药颗粒治疗先兆流产临床观察

Clinical Observation on Chinese Medicine Granules in the Treatment of Threatened Abortion

目的探讨中药颗粒治疗先兆流产的可行性及安全性。方法选取2019年3月—2020年12月在江西省万载县妇幼保健院就诊的40例先兆流产患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组(20例)及对照组(20例)。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予中药颗粒进行治疗,对2组患者的治疗效果、止血时间、腰酸减轻时间、性激素水平、不良反应发情况进行对比分析。结果观察组总有效率为95.00%(19/20)明显高于对照组的70.00%(14/20)(P<0.05);观察组止血时间、腰酸减轻时间均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前2组孕酮(P)、人绒毛膜促性脉激素(HGG)及雌二醇(E_(2))水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后2组性激素水平均显著上升,且观察组水平高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率5.00%(1/20)低于对照组的35.00%(7/20)(P<0.05)。结论中药颗粒治疗先兆流产疗效显著,不良反应少,安全性高,具有临床应用价值,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To explore the feasibility and safety of Chinese medicine granules in the treatment of threatened abortion.Methods 40 patients with threatened abortion in Wanzai Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2020 to December 2020 were randomly divided into observation group(20 cases)and control group(20 cases).The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the observation group was treated with Chinese medicine granules on the basis of western medicine.The therapeutic effect,hemostasis time,lumbar acid relief time,sex hormone level and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The effective rate of observation group was 95.00%(19/20),which was significantly higher than that of control group 70.00%(14/20)(P<0.05).The hemostatic time and lumbar acid relief time of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of progesterone(P),human chorionic gonadotropin(HGG)and estradiol(E_(2))between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of sex hormones in the two groups were significantly increased,and the level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Observation group,the incidence of adverse reactions was 5.00%(1/20),lower than the control group 35.00%(7/20)(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine granule has significant effect on threatened abortion,less adverse reactions and high safety,which has clinical application value and is worthy of clinical promotion.
