穴位按摩联合耳穴压豆治疗骨折术后疼痛临床观察

Clinical Observation on Acupoint Massage Combined with Auricular Acupoint Pressing on Pain after Fracture Surgery

目的研究穴位按摩与耳穴压豆在骨折术后患者中的临床应用价值。方法选取2019年5月—2020年6月于南昌市洪都中医院进行骨折手术治疗的64例患者为研究对象,按照入院病床号将其分成对照组(单数)及观察组(双数),每组32例骨折患者。2组患者均接受自控静脉镇痛(PCIA)处理,观察组在PCIA基础上行穴位按摩与耳穴压豆以镇痛。对比2组患者治疗前后的视觉模拟评分(VAS)及氧化应激因子[血清晚期氧化蛋白产物(AOPP)、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)]水平。结果观察组干预后1 d及出院前的VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后2 h的AOPP、MDA及SOD水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论于骨折患者术后采用穴位按摩与耳穴压豆进行镇痛处理可显著减轻患者术后痛感,有助于缓解其术后应激反应。

Objective To study the clinical application value of acupoint massage and auricular acupoint pressing in postoperative fracture patients.Methods 64 patients who underwent fracture surgery in Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into control group(odd number)and observation group(even number)according to their hospital bed number,and each group included 32 patients with fracture.Patients in both groups received controlled intravenous analgesia(PCIA)treatment,and the observation group received acupuncture point massage and auricular acupoint pressure analgesia intervention on the basis of PCIA.Visual analogue scale(VAS)score and levels of oxidative stress factors[serum advanced oxidized protein products(AOPP),malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD)]were compared between 2 groups before and after treatment.Results The VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group one day after intervention and before discharge(P<0.05).The levels of AOPP,MDA and SOD in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group 2 h after intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint massage and auricular acupoint pressing for postoperative analgesia in patients with fracture can significantly reduce postoperative pain and alleviate postoperative stress response.
