摘要
中医药事业正在不断向前发展,这对中医学本科教育教学提出了新的挑战和要求,问诊技能作为中医基本诊法技能之一,具有非常重要的意义。而目前学生在问诊过程中普遍存在内容不全,逻辑混乱,医患沟通和技巧生疏,中医思维弱化等问题。此文通过问诊实训教学内容和形式改革的思考,希望能够有效提高学生问诊技能,培养学生综合能力和职业素养。
With the continuous development of Chinese medicine,new challenges and requirements have been put forward for undergraduate education and teaching oftraditional Chinese medicine.As one of the basic diagnostic skills of traditional Chinese medicine,inquiring skill has a very important significance.At present,there are many problems in the process of inquiry,such as incomplete contents,confused logic,unfamiliar doctor-patient communication and skills,and weak thinking of traditional Chinese medicine.Through the thinking of the reform of the content and form of practical teaching,the author hopes to improve the students’skills of inquiry effectively and cultivate their comprehensive ability and professional quality.
