摘要
青藏高原地区是我国最大的生物“基因库”,因此高原植物具有极高的研究意义与保护价值。对高原地区植物进行研究并具体描述了高原植物知识图谱的设计与实现,主要运用前后端分离的开发模式,使用了Flask这款轻量级的Python前后端开发框架,Neo4j图数据库等技术,实现了高原植物的分类检索,关系抽取,关系可视化等多个模块的知识图谱系统,可以通过后台管理系统对知识图谱数据进行增删改查。
The Qinghai-Tibet Plateau is the largest biological“gene bank”in my country, so the plateau plants have ex⁃ tremely high research significance and protection value. Research on the plateau plants and describe the design and implementa⁃ tion of the plateau plant knowledge map, mainly using the development model of front-end and back-end separation, using Flask, a lightweight Python front-end and back-end development framework, Neo4j graph database and other technologies, mainly to real⁃ ize the plateau plant. A knowledge map system with multiple modules such as classification retrieval, relationship extraction, rela⁃ tionship visualization, etc.;the knowledge map data can be added, deleted, modified and checked through the background manage⁃ ment system.
