国际文凭课程小学项目教学领导的内涵、特征与本土经验

摘要 国际文凭课程是国际文凭组织开发的国际化课程,因其先进的教育理念、较大的社会影响力,被公认为国际化的高质量教育。本文从理念、分工与实施、评估三个方面阐述了其教学领导的内涵,归纳了建立共享式领导模式,赋予教师决策权;以学习为中心,构建终身学习的学校社区;加深对小学项目的理解,以评估促进师生发展的特征,并以湖北省武汉市A校为例总结国际文凭课程小学项目教学领导的本土经验。
