摘要
随着抗生素的滥用,细菌耐药性已成为人类社会面临的重大危机,其中包括多种耐药菌的产生,如耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)等。天然产物是新药研发的重要来源,发现具有新型化学结构和作用机制的药物是解决细菌耐药性的重要途径。本文对近年来发现的具有抗MRSA作用的多种结构类型的天然产物进行综述。
As the abuse of antibiotics,bacteria resistance has become a vital crisis of human society,including many kinds of drug-resistant bacteria,such as Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA).Natural products are important sources of new drug research,and discovering antibiotics with new chemical structures and mechanisms is an important way to solve the problem of bacteria resistance.This article reviews several kinds of compounds derived from natural products with anti-MRSA effects in the past few years,and provides ideas for the subsequent development of new antibacterial drugs.
