摘要
目的 总结生产抗生素中生物技术的应用,并预测从哪些方面可以优化生产,旨在为提高抗生素产量、优化质量、降低成本、减轻环境污染提供一些策略和思路。方法 通过查阅文献,总结目前国内外已有的各种抗生素生产技术与应用到生产中的优化策略,并根据已发表的一些基础生物学研究成果,展望有潜力应用到抗生素工业,改良生产技术、优化产品的新策略、新思路。结果 目前应用在抗生素生产中的生物技术主要是发酵工程、酶工程、细胞工程和基因工程,有很多研究成果尚未投入使用。对于新兴的抗生素替代品的研究,植物次生代谢产物、海洋天然产物和计算生物学新药研发的成果具有应用前景。结论 抗生素生产的优化离不开现代生物技术的合理应用,选取一至数种适宜的优化方法对产品的产量、质量、效果的提升具有较好的前景。
Objective To summarize and forecast the application of biotechnology in producing antibiotics and optimize production, aims to provide some strategies and ideas to improve the production and quality of antibiotics, reduce cost and reduce environmental pollution. Methods Through the literature, summarize the existing antibiotic production technology and optimization strategies at home and abroad, according to the published basic biological research results, forecast the new strategies and new ideas to improve the production technology and optimize the products. Results At present, the biotechnology applied in antibiotic production is mainly fermentation engineering, enzyme engineering, cell engineering, cell engineering and gene engineering. Many research results have not yet been put into use. Besides, researchesof plant secondary metabolites, marine natural products and computational biology, are promising to be usedindevelop antibiotic substitutes in the future.Conclusion The optimization of antibiotic production is closely connected with the rational application of modern biotechnology,sousing one ormultipleoptimization methods suitably, a great improvement of antibiotics production and qualitycouldbe in prospect.
