本文对自动扶梯在线监测及故障诊断技术进行了全面的回顾和梳理,重点聚焦自动扶梯的在线监测及预警系统原理、组网方案、系统平台、数据收集及解析技术等,以及故障诊断模型方法、诊断过程和工作流程等内容,阐述了以上内容的研究现状和最新进展。最后,指出未来在提升自动扶梯在线监测与故障诊断的准确性、实时性、针对性和实用性等方面需要进一步研究。

In this paper,the escalator online monitoring and fault diagnosis technology is comprehensively reviewed and combed,focusing on the escalator online monitoring and early warning system principle,networking scheme,system platform,data collection and analysis technology,as well as fault diagnosis model method,diagnosis process and workfow.The research status and latest progress of the above content are described.Finally,it points out that the further research is needed to improve the accuracy,real-time,pertinence and practicability of online monitoring and fault diagnosis of escalator in the future.
