搪玻璃容器夹套封闭件强度分析和设计优化

摘要 搪玻璃压力容器由于其抗腐蚀性能被广泛应用于石化、食品以及医药行业,针对其夹套封闭件的强度计算方法,目前尚无标准明确规定。本项目参考国外相关标准规定,从理论计算出发,尝试总结出搪玻璃压力容器夹套封闭件的强度计算方法,并且使用有限元软件,对夹套封闭件的应力分布情况进行模拟验证,结果表明该理论计算方法可满足搪玻璃压力容器生产实践以及安全性能要求,可为搪玻璃压力容器夹套封闭件的设计优化提供参考。 Glass-lined pressure vessels are widely used in petrochemical,food and pharmaceutical industries because of their corrosion resistance.At present,there is no clear standard for the strength calculation method of jacket closure.Referring to relevant foreign standards and regulations,starting from theoretical calculation,this project attempts to summarize the strength calculation method of glass-lined pressure vessel jacket closure,and uses fnite element software to simulate and verify the stress distribution of jacket closure.The results show that the theoretical calculation method can meet the requirements of production practice and safety performance of glass-lined pressure vessel.Finally,it provides a reference for the design optimization of jacket closure of glass-lined pressure vessel.
