摘要
像质计(简称IQI)是检查和定量评价射线底片影像的重要工具。针对承压设备射线检测人员现场使用过程中重点关注的ASME标准关于IQI的技术要点进行解析,本文详细介绍了ASME规范中常用的像质计种类和材料、选择方法及使用布置、黑度评价等内容,讲解了其在实际检测使用中的方法,以及与国内标准规范使用的比较,便于无损检测人员快速有效地掌握ASME规范中像质计使用的有关知识及方法。
Image quality indicator(IQI) is an important tool for examination and quantitative evaluation of radiographic images. This paper analyzes the technical points of IQI in ASME standard that are mainly concerned by radiographic testing personnel of pressure equipment during on-site use. This paper introduces in detail the types and materials of IQI commonly used in ASME code, the selection method and use arrangement, density evaluation, etc.,and explains its method in actual testing and use, as well as the comparison with the use of domestic standards and codes, so as to facilitate nondestructive testing personnel to quickly and efectively master the relevant knowledge and methods of using the IQI in the ASME code.
