低温液体罐车真空度的影响因素及应对措施

摘要 随着国家经济的飞速发展,低温液体在现代生活中使用愈加频繁,其储运的安全性和经济性是非常重要的。本文针对低温罐体检验过程中发现并存在的真空度问题进行了相关的研究与讨论,发现影响罐体真空度的主要因素是材料中气体释放和罐体夹层吸附剂失效等,并对于如何降低夹层真空度的方法进行了研究探讨。 With the rapid development of the national economy,cryogenic liquid is used more and more frequently in modern life,the safety and economy of cryogenic liquid storage and transportation are very important.In this article,the vacuum problems found and existing in the process of the inspection are studied and discussed,it is found that the main factors that afect the vacuum of the tanker are the release of gas from the material and the failure of the adsorbent in interlayer of the tanker,and the methods of how to reduce the vacuum degree of the tank interlayer are researched and discussed.
