摘要
泛素偶联酶E2C(UBE2C)是第10个被识别的泛素结合酶家族成员,又称为泛素结合酶10(UBCH10)。UBE2C在细胞内蛋白质的泛素化和降解过程中起到关键性作用,还可以参与细胞周期的调控,与人类多种肿瘤的形成密切相关。UBE2C在肝细胞癌中高表达,并促进HCC的增殖、迁移和侵袭,抑制HCC对化疗及靶向药物的敏感性,与不良的预后相关。高表达的UBE2C可以通过增强Wnt信号通路、调节p53信号通路及调控抗肿瘤免疫作用、改变肿瘤微环境来参与肝细胞癌发生发展的过程。本文就UBE2C在HCC中的研究进展进行综述。
Ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme 2C(UBE2C)is the 10th identified member of the ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme family,also known as ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme 10(UBCH10).UBE2C plays a key role in the ubiquitination and degradation of intracellular proteins,and participates in the regulation of cell cycle.It is closely related to the formation of a variety of human tumors.UBE2C is highly expressed in hepatocellular carcinoma,which is associated with poor prognosis.It promotes the proliferation,migration,and invasion of HCC,and inhibits the sensitivity of HCC to chemotherapy drugs and targeted drugs.UBE2C can participate in the occurrence and development of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)by enhancing the Wnt signaling pathway,regulating the P53 signaling pathway,regulating the anti-tumor immune,and change the tumor microenvironment.This article reviews the research progress of UBE2C in HCC.
