摘要
叶绿素是植物光合作用的光敏催化剂,其质量浓度的多少直接影响光合作用的强弱,因此研究不同植物生长延缓剂对水仙叶绿素含量的影响,合理栽培有着重要意义。本试验以漳州水仙为试材,以北方内蒙古地区为试验区域,研究不同浓度的植物生长延缓剂对水仙生长、开花、叶绿素含量的影响。结果表明:使用植物生长延缓剂处理对水仙均有一定程度的矮化效果,叶绿素含量也均高于清水处理,其中矮壮素和矮健素混合处理生长状况,矮化效果最好,叶片和根系生长情况最佳,叶绿素含量最高。
Chlorophyll is a photosensitive catalyst for plant photosynthesis,and its mass concentration directly affects the strength of photosynthesis.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the effects of different plant growth retardors on the con⁃tent of chlorophyll in daffodils for rational cultivation of daffodils.In this experiment,the effects of different concentrations of plant growth retarder on the growth and flowering of zhangzhou narcissus were studied.A total of 4 treatments were designed,including CK(water),CCC+CTC(pygmycin+pygmycin),CCC(pygmycin)and PP333(paclobutrazol),with the treatment con⁃centration of 1000mg/L.The results showed that the stunting effect of using plant growth retarder on daffodils was uniform to a certain extent,and the chlorophyll content was also higher than that of water treatment.The stunting effect of aizhuanin and Ai⁃zhuanin mixed treatment was the best,the growth of leaves and roots was the best,and the chlorophyll content was the highest.
