油菜根肿病菌的生物学特征 被引量:1

摘要 近年来,根肿病对油菜的质量和产量的危害越来越大,我们必须加强对油菜根肿病的研究。本试验中,经负染色处理后,借助于透射电子显微镜,观察油菜根肿病菌的形态特征,亦观察休眠孢子至管腔形态演化进程。通过试验观测,温度、pH值及光照与休眠孢子萌发之间的关系。以期本研究结果能为减少油菜根肿病的传播提供帮助。 In recent years,the damage of rhizoma disease to the quality and yield of rapeseed has become more and more serious.We must strengthen the research on the rhizoma disease of talented rapeseed.With the help of transmission electron microscopy,we observed the morphological characteristics of Brassica napus rhizoma after negative staining and observed the morphological evolution of resting spores to the lumen.The relationship between temperature,pH value and light and germination of dormant spores was observed by experiment.It is hoped that the results of this study can help to reduce the transmission of brassica napus.
