乡村振兴背景下加强农村基层党组织建设路径探究--以西南地区Y村为例

Research on Ways to Strengthen the Construction of Rural Grass-roots Party Organizations under the Background of Rural Revitalization-A Case Study of Y Village in Southwest China

农村基层党组织,是乡村振兴战略的基层领导者和执行者,只有做好农村基层党组织建设工作,才能使乡村振兴战略稳步实施。结合西南地区Y村党组织建设过程中出现的服务功能弱化、办事效率不高、党员队伍综合素质还需进一步提升等问题,从组织建设、思想建设、队伍建设等方面进行有益的思考,希望对推进乡村振兴背景下农村基层党组织建设有所帮助。

The rural grass-roots party organization is the grass-roots leader and executor of the rural revitalization strategy.Only by doing a good job in the construction of the rural grass-roots Party organization can the rural revitalization strategy be implemented steadily.Combined with southwest Y village party organization construction in the process of service function,the efficiency is not high,the party member troop overall quality problem such as still need to further improve,from the organization construction,thought construction,team construction beneficial thinking and hope to advance rural revitalization of the countryside grass-root party construction under the background of help.
