从《申报·医药专刊》看近代“疾病”知识的建构与传播

The Construction and Communication of"Disease"Knowledge in Modern China Based on Medical Special Issues of Shen Bao

《申报•医药专刊》作为一份由申报馆主办、本土医界精英为作者群的大众化副刊,是展现近代“疾病”知识本土化传播的一个“窗口”。医界精英透过自身的文化资源与认知框架,运用概念、故事、隐喻这几类典型的话语模式,对西医“疾病”知识进行了“再建构”,推动形成了本土“疾病”知识的传播。通过对该副刊的考察可以认识到,近代“疾病”知识的传播不能简单看作是单纯的新知识替换旧传统的过程,而要充分重视知识迁移中的观念调和。

Medical Special Issues of Shen Bao as a public supplement hosted by Shen Bao,the most writers of which are native medical elites,functions as a window to show the indigenization of"disease"knowledge spreading in modern China.Elites in the medical circles apply typical discourse patterns such as concept introduction,story and metaphor to reconstruct the knowledge of diseases in Western medicine and promote the dissemination of local disease knowledge through their own cultural resources and cognitive framework.According to the investigation into this supplement,the dissemination of modern disease knowledge shouldn't be simply regarded as a process that new knowledge replaces old traditions,the reconciliation of ideas in knowledge transfer should also be valued.
