安徽省基本农田专项监测地理信息框架建设研究

Research on special monitoring geographic information framework construction of basic farmland in Anhui Province

文章根据已有数据成果、基础地理信息数据以及空间信息数据,按照统一的坐标系与分类编码等标准整理相关数据,实现数据集中与分布相结合的管理模式;以第三次土地现状调查数据和国情普查数据为基础,结合现势性遥感影像,对安徽省开展基本农田专项监测工作;通过基本农田专项监测、调查,构建基本农田专项监测地理信息框架,建立基本农田专项监测分析基础数据,为制定基本农田保护政策提供数据。

On the basis of existing data results,basic geographic information data and spatial information data,the paper organizes relevant data according to the unified coordinate system and classification coding standards to realize the management mode combining data concentration and distribution.Based on land survey data and national census data,combined with current remote sensing images,special monitoring of basic farmland in Anhui Province will be carried out.Through special monitoring and investigation of basic farmland,a special monitoring geographic information framework for basic farmland is constructed,basic data is established for special monitoring and analysis of basic farmland,and accurate data support is provided for the formulation of basic farmland protection policies.
