在急诊临床教学中重视中西医基础病理病机的思维融通

Thinking fusion of basic pathology and pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine should be emphasized

目前中医院急诊临床医疗实际中“教”和“用”相互脱离,主要表现在中医药在急危重症患者临床实际中应用较少甚至缺失。笔者认为在中医急诊临床教学中,比起中医药(中医饮片、注射用中药以及针灸)在急诊的具体应用带教来说,更应该重视中西医基础病理病机的思维融通。本文总结了笔者在中医院急诊临床实习带教中典型的中西医思维融通案例,希望在今后的中医院急诊临床实习带教中有更多的老师(医师)能够重视这种思维融通并总结经验。

At present,the teaching of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and application are separated from each other in the practice of emergency clinical treatment in TCM hospitals,which is mainly manifested in the lack of TCM application in the clinical practice of acute and critically ill patients.The authors believe that in the clinical teaching of TCM emergency,more attention should be paid to the thinking fusion of basic pathology and pathogenesis of TCM and Western medicine than the specific application of TCM(including herbal medicine,Chinese medicine injection,and acupuncture).This article summarized the typical cases of thinking fusion of TCM and Western medicine in the author's teaching experience in emergency clinical practice in the Chinese medicine hospital.We hoped that more clinical teachers(physicians)would attach the importance to this kind of thinking training and summarize experiences in the future.
