实时洪水预报调度演进一体化技术在西枝江流域的应用研究 被引量:5

摘要 为做好西枝江流域暴雨洪水防御技术支持,根据流域水文特性和地形资料,采用无人机倾斜摄影、GIS等先进技术,构建了数字西枝江,建设了集洪水预报、调度、演进一体化的西枝江流域实时洪水预报系统。系统提高了流域洪水预报精度,实现了河道洪水演进实时模拟、自动圈化洪水危险区、淹没三维实景模拟等功能,显著提升了防汛抢险决策可视化、自动化等技术水平,为西枝江流域的“四预”和“数字孪生流域”建设奠定了良好基础,具有较好的推广应用价值。 In order to provide technical support for storm and flood prevention in Xizhijiang River Basin,based on the hydrological characteristics and topographic data of the basin,a real-time flood forecasting system integrating flood forecasting,dispatching and evolution is constructed by using advanced technologies such as UAV tilt photography and GIS.The system improves the accuracy of basin flood forecasting,realizes the functions of real-time simulation of river flood routing,automatic identification of flood risk area,and three-dimensional real scene simulation of inundation.This significantly improved the visualization and automation of flood control and rescue decision-making in Xizhijiang River basin,and has good popularization and application value.
