摘要
大型渡槽后浇带采用“外悬臂+内台车”组合钢模体系进行模板安装,规避了传统施工技术需在结构过水断面设置穿墙拉杆进行模板对拉而影响结构抗渗性的弊端,有效解决了预埋件难以精准定位和加固的问题,简化了模板安装工序,提升了模板周转使用率与渡槽后浇带施工效率,降低了施工成本,保证了工程施工质量,可在类似工程中应用推广。
The post-cast strip of the large aqueduct adopts the“outer cantilever+inner trolley”combined steel formwork system for formwork installation.It avoids the drawbacks of traditional construction technology that need to set through-wall tie rods on the water-passing section of the structure to pull the formwork and affect the impermeability of the structure,effectively solves the problem that the embedded parts are difficult to accurately locate and reinforce,simplifies formwork installation procedure and greatly improves the utilization rate of formwork turnover.This can be applied and promoted in similar projects.
