摘要本文通过对来源不同的相关统计数据和分析资料,系统分析了各种类型人为错误对海事安全的影响。为减少海事事故数量和海上人员伤亡,我们必须关注造成事故的各类人为错误,把预防人的错误发生放在首要的位置。
