江苏省泰州市以老助老养老服务方式的可持续性分析——以JS花苑为例

Analysis on the Sustainability of the Service Mode of Helping the Elderly in Taizhou City,Jiangsu Province--Taking JS Community as an Example

伴随老龄化程度的加快,老龄人口的不断增加,养老服务的需求于社会发展而言显得尤为迫切。江苏省泰州市日益严重的养老问题的解决,不仅是政府相关部门应尽的责任,而且要依靠社区基层创新以及每个人的积极参与。结合互助养老理念,在推动积极老龄化过程中,最大化利用社区资源,由低龄老年志愿者向高龄老年群体提供服务。以泰州市JS花苑为研究对象,结合泰州市社区养老服务的背景,对JS花苑以老助老养老服务方式可持续的表现进行分析,讨论JS花苑以老助老社区养老服务的成效,具体分析JS花苑以老助老互助养老服务面临的困难,为泰州市社区以老助老养老服务提供可持续发展建议。

With the acceleration of the aging degree,the aging population continues to increase,the demand for pension services in terms of social development is particularly urgent.The solution to the increasingly serious old-age care problem is not only the responsibility of the relevant government departments,but also depends on the community grassroots innovation and everyone's active participation in Taizhou city,Jiangsu province.Combined with the concept of mutual assistance for the elderly,maximize the use of community resources and provide services to the elderly by young elderly volunteers in the process of promoting active aging.The sustainable performance of JS community in helping the elderly service was analyzed by taking JS community as the research object and combining with the background of Taizhou community elderly care service.This paper discusses the effects of the community supporting the elderly in JS community and analyzes the difficulties faced by JS community supporting the elderly.It will provide sustainable development suggestions for helping the elderly in Taizhou communities.
