家用燃气灶燃用掺氢天然气的实验研究

摘要 采用实验方法,研究掺氢比对家用燃气灶(采用大气式燃烧器)的燃烧工况、热负荷、热效率与污染物排放量等的影响。随着掺氢比增大,火焰内锥逐渐变短,火焰逐渐变硬,未出现脱火、离焰、黄焰等不正常燃烧现象。当掺氢比为0%、10%时,未检出熄火爆鸣。当掺氢比达到20%后,家用燃气灶出现轻微的熄火爆鸣。随着掺氢比继续增大,熄火爆鸣出现的次数与最大声压级也逐渐增大,但仍满足GB 16410—2020《家用燃气灶具》表2的熄火噪声等效声级小于等于85 dB的规定。随着掺氢比增加,实测折算热负荷逐渐降低。与掺氢前相比,掺氢比为20%、30%时,热负荷分别下降10.4%、11.4%。家用燃气灶实测热效率随掺氢比增大而降低。当掺氢比小于等于20%时,家用燃气灶实测热效率虽然随掺氢比的增大保持下降趋势,但幅度很小。当掺氢比大于20%后,家用燃气灶实测热效率的下降速率显著增大。烟气中一氧化碳的体积分数随掺氢比增大而减小,氮氧化物的体积分数变化不明显。家用燃气灶燃用掺氢天然气时,掺氢比宜低于30%。 The influence of hydrogen blending ratio on combustion conditions,heat load,thermal efficiency and pollutant emission of domestic gas stove(using atmospheric burner)is studied by experimental method.With the increase of hydrogen blending ratio,the inner cone of the flame gradually becomes shorter and the flame gradually becomes harder,and there are no abnormal combustion phenomena such as flame-lifting,lifted flame and yellow flame.When the hydrogen blending ratios are 0%and 10%,flameout and popping sound are not detected.When the hydrogen blending ratio reaches 20%,the domestic gas stove has a slight flameout and popping sound.With the continuous increase of the hydrogen blending ratio,the number of occurrences and the maximum sound pressure level of flameout and popping sound also gradually increase,but it still meets the provisions that the equivalent sound level of flameout noise is less than or equal to 85 dB in Table 2 of Domestic Gas Cooking Appliances(GB 16410-2020).With the increase of the hydrogen blending ratio,the measured converted heat load gradually decreases.Compared with before hydrogen blending,when the hydrogen blending ratios are 20%and 30%,the heat loads decrease by 10.4%and 11.4%,respectively.The measured thermal efficiency of domestic gas stove decreases with the increase of hydrogen blending ratio.When the hydrogen blending ratio is less than or equal to 20%,the measured thermal efficiency of domestic gas stove maintains a downward trend with the increase of the hydrogen blending ratio,but the magnitude is very small.When the hydrogen blending ratio is greater than 20%,the decline rate of the measured thermal efficiency of domestic gas stove increases significantly.The volume fraction of carbon monoxide in flue gas decreases with the increase of hydrogen blending ratio,while the volume fraction of nitrogen oxides does not change significantly.When domestic gas stoves burn hydrogen-blended natural gas,the hydrogen blending ratio should be less than 30%.
