佛山培育壮大氢能产业的策略研究——基于SWOT分析法

Strategy Research on Fostering and Expanding Hydrogen Industry in Foshan: Based on SWOT analysis

运用SWOT分析法,对佛山氢能产业发展的优势、劣势、机会以及威胁进行系统分析,并相应形成4组不同战略决策组合。在此基础上,提出佛山培育壮大氢能产业发展的相关策略,包括:找准主攻方向,塑造核心竞争力;加快平台建设,提升创新资源吸附能力;以招商稳商为抓手,对产业链进行强链、补链;造氛围,持续打响“佛山氢能”区域品牌;加强对外合作,提升整体竞争力。

SWOT analysis method is used to systematically analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of development of foshan hydrogen energy industry, and based on the analysis four groups of different strategic decision combinations are formed accordingly. Relevant strategies include: identifying the main direction and build core competitiveness. Accelerating platform construction to enhance the adsorption capacity of innovative resources. Attracting investment and stabilize business as the starting point, to strengthen and repair the chain chain. Creating atmosphere to continuously build the “Foshan Hydrogen” regional brand;strengthening foreign cooperation to enhance the overall competitiveness.
