摘要
深度融合创新链与产业链并不断提高科技成果转化的程度,进而推动产业化升级,是创新驱动发展的关键。以河北省科技成果转化现状与产业化水平为研究起点,基于宏观数据和各创新主体的具体表现,结合政策效果,挖掘科技成果转化过程中的瓶颈因素,提出破解体制机制障碍以及提升科技成果转化和产业化能力的对策建议。
The key to innovation-driven development is to deeply integrate the innovation chain with the industrial chain and continuously improve the degree of transformation of scientific and technological achievements so as to promote industrial upgrading. Starting from the status quo and industrialization level of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Hebei Province, based on the macro data and the specific performance of each innovation subject, combined with the policy effect, the bottleneck factors in the transformation process of scientific and technological achievements are explored, and countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to break the institutional obstacles and improve the transformation and industrialization capacity of scientific and technological achievements.
