摘要
按照山东省储能电站示范项目政策,建立新增风光电配储能、火电机组配储能以及电网侧独立储能电站3种类型储能电站典型模型,并对其盈利模式进行详细论证。结果显示:光伏电站建设储能系统将导致系统收益率下降1.83%~3.66%;火电厂建设电储能调峰电站效益较好,系统资本金内部收益率为16.85%~21.14%,其租赁价格与光伏电站自建储能系统具有较大的成本优势;电网侧储能电站项目收益较差,需要进一步挖掘储能电站调频价值、峰谷套利等,优化项目商业模式,提高项目经济性。
According to the energy storage power station demonstration project policy of Shandong Province, three typical models are established, including of new wind photovoltaic energy distribution and storage, thermal power unit energy distribution and storage and grid side independent energy storage power station, and their profit models are verified in detail. The results show that the construction of energy storage system in photovoltaic power station will reduce the system yield by 1.83%~3.66%;The construction of electric energy storage and peak shaving power station in thermal power plant has good benefits, and the internal rate of return of system capital is between 16.85%~21.14%. Its lease price has great cost advantages compared with the self built energy storage system of photovoltaic power station;The income of the grid side energy storage power station project is poor, so it is necessary to further explore the frequency modulation value of the energy storage power station and peak valley arbitrage, optimize the project business model and improve the economy of the project.
