北京生态沟域生态价值核算研究

Study on Ecological Value Accounting of Ecological Valley in Beijing

核算生态系统价值是开展生态文明建设的重要举措,有利于强化生态环境保护与经济价值实现之间的关系。以北京生态沟域涵盖的7个山区和1个浅山区为研究对象,结合当地资源分布情况构建生态系统价值核算体系,对2016—2020年生态沟域生态价值进行核算,从时空变化角度对生态沟域生态价值和生态资源储备情况进行比较分析。明确北京生态沟域生态价值的实现过程,提出实现生态沟域生态价值的机制路径与政策建议。

Accounting ecosystem value is an important measure to carry out the construction of ecological civilization, which is beneficial to strengthen the relationship between ecological environment protection and economic value realization. Seven mountainous areas and a shallow mountainous area covered by the ecological gully region in Beijing are taken as the research objects. Combined with the distribution of local resources, the ecosystem value accounting system is constructed, and the ecological value of the ecological gully region from 2016 to 2020 is calculated. The ecological value and ecological resource reserves of the ecological gully region are compared and analyzed from the perspective of temporal and spatial changes. The realization process of ecological value of ecological ditch in Beijing are clarified, and the mechanism path and policy suggestions are put forward to realize the ecological value of ecological ditch.
