摘要 国际贸易的突飞猛进,赋能进出口货物运输的蓬勃发展。国际货运代理企业作为进出口货物运输的无船承运人,如何保证日常订单稳步增长将面临新的机遇和挑战。选取客户订单行为分析作为数据挖掘业务目标,设计数据挖掘流程。以D公司业务数据为例,选择关联规则数据挖掘方法开展具体的数据挖掘展现,发现订单交易中不同商品之间存在的关联规则并应用于国际货代企业客户关系管理决策实践,为其他同类企业开展具体业务数据挖掘应用提供参考和借鉴。 The rapid development of international trade has enabled the vigorous development of import and export cargo transportation.As a NVOCC of import and export cargo transportation,international freight forwarders will face new opportunities and challenges on how to ensure the steady growth of daily orders.Customer’s order behavior analysis is selected as data minning objective and data mining process is designed.Taking the business data of D Company as an example,the Apriori algorithm is selected to carry out specific data minning display,and the association rules existing between different commodities in order transaction are found and applied to the decision-making practice of customer relationship management of international freight forwarding enterprises.It provides reference for other similar enterprises to develop specific business data mining applications.
