Security Protection Issue and Countermeasures of China’s Ride-hailing

在“互联网+”的模式下,网约车的兴起极大地改变了人们传统的出行方式,但其也诱发了乘客安全问题。针对网约车乘客安全问题,分析现存解决乘客安全保护问题策略的不足,结合大数据发展,提供解决该问题的对策,包括建立信息透明化的网约车大数据手机网络平台、构建基于区块链的网约车乘客安全风险规避模式、梳理基于网约车行业特点考量的立法立规的路径。

Based on the mode of“Internet+”,the rise of ride-hailing has greatly changed people’s traditional way of travel,but it has also caused safety problems of passengers.In view of the problem of passenger safety of ride-hailing,the deficiencies of existing strategies to solve the problem are analyzed.Combined with the development of big data,the countermeasures to solve the problem are proposed,including establishing a mobile network platform of big data of ride-hailing with transparent information,building a security risk avoidance mode for ride-hailing passengers based on block chain,sorting out the path of legislation based on the characteristics of the ride-hailing industry.
