摘要
传统工艺美术技艺与产品是我国劳动人民智慧的结晶,是我国悠久文化历史的见证,也是连通现代审美与技术与传统工艺文化的桥梁,每一件作品中都蕴含着中华民族的历史特色与文化精神。本文在深度调研和问卷调查的基础上,提出传统工艺美术保护需要加强人才培育;加快传统工艺美术技术改造,促进产业升级;减免部分工艺美术企业的税收缴纳,减轻相关主体负担;大力培育新型区域品牌产品,重视有机结合企业和区域品牌,以北京市传统工艺美术保护为例,介绍了一种大数据版权保护及衍生功能多样的新模式。
Traditional arts and crafts skills and products are the crystallization of the wisdom of the working people in China,and also the witness of China's long cultural history.It is not only a bridge connecting modern aesthetics and technology and traditional craft and culture,and each work contains the historical characteristics and cultural spirit of the Chinese nation.Based on the in-depth research and questionnaire survey,this paper proposes that the protection of traditional arts and crafts needs to strengthen talent cultivation;accelerate the transformation of traditional arts and crafts,promote industrial upgrading;reduce the tax payment of some arts and crafts enterprises,reduce the burden of relevant subjects;vigorously cultivate new regional brand products,and pay attention to the organic combination of enterprises and regional brands.Finally,taking Beijing traditional arts and crafts protection as an example,this paper introduces a new mode of big data copyright protection and diverse derivative functions.
