以用户体验为中心的儿童医疗服务设计研究

Research on the Design of Children's Medical Service Based on User Experience

随着智慧时代的到来、生活质量的提高和医疗改革的进一步深化,国内对儿童医疗领域服务和就诊体验的关注度也与日俱增。通过对目前儿童医疗机构的调研,围绕以用户为中心的理念,以在服务设计理念的指导下重新思考分析儿童、家长与社会服务三方的新关系为前提,系统化重新梳理线上线下医疗服务内容的分工,从设计端口建立线上线下相结合的完整体系。以当下服务设计在新兴行业中的发展为参照,进行了概念医疗项目“iFuture儿童医学中心”的设计,探索服务设计在儿童医疗行业中的应用,助力儿童医疗服务升级。

With the arrival of the age of intelligent,the improvement of the quality of life and the further deepening of the medical reform,the domestic attention to children's medical services and medical experience is also increasing.Through the investigation of the current children's medical institutions,centering on the concept of user-centered,and on the premise of rethinking and analyzing the new relationship among children,parents and social services under the guidance of the service design concept,the division of labor of online and offline medical services is systematically reorganized,and a complete system combining online and offline is established from the design port.Taking the current development of service design in the emerging industry as a reference,the conceptual medical project“iFuture Children's Medical Center”was designed to explore the application of service design in the children's medical industry and help upgrade children's medical services.
