Design Practice of Community Garbage Classification Service Based on Behavior Persuasion

我国正式进入垃圾分类时代,但垃圾分类工作落地情况不佳,仍然需要不断优化。本文系统详细地阐述了基于劝导理论的行为模型,结合对武汉市M社区的调研数据,归纳出能有效引导居民形成垃圾分类行为的交互式设计方法和策略,完成《环邻卫士》服务类APP设计架构及界面设计。希望此设计能够推助垃圾分类制度的落实。

China has officially entered the era of waste classification,but the implementation of waste classification is not good,and it still needs to be constantly optimized.This paper systematically elaborated the behavior model based on persuasion theory in detail,combined with the survey data of M Community in Wuhan,summarized the interactive design methods and strategies that can effectively guide residents to form garbage classification behavior,and completed the design architecture and interface design of the“Neighborhood Guard”service APP.It is hoped that this design can help to implement the garbage classification system.
