城镇养老建筑户外环境人性化精细设计初探

A Preliminary Study on the Humanized Fine Design of Outdoor Environment of Urban Elderly Care Buildings

我国养老建筑的设计基本侧重于满足老年人对室内功能的需求上,而对建筑户外环境的设计,尤其是人性化的精细设计方面显现出很多问题。老年人要多走出来,多参加户外活动,这样才有利于身体和心理的健康,通过对养老建筑户外环境存在问题的分析和设计准则的研究,本文对户外空间设计提出更人性化精细的建议,设计师需要根据老人的身心特点,对户外环境进行整合和优化改造,使环境更人性化,从而提高老人生活质量和品质。

The design of elderly care buildings in China basically focuses on meeting the needs of the elderly for indoor functions,while there are many problems in the design of outdoor environment,especially in the humanized fine design.The elderly should go out and participate in outdoor activities more,which is conducive to the physical and mental health.Through the analysis of the problems existing in the outdoor environment of the elderly care building and the study of the design criteria,this paper puts forward more humanized and refined suggestions for outdoor space design.The designer needs to integrate and optimize the outdoor environment according to the physical and mental characteristics of the elderly,so as to make the environment more humanized,and thus improve the quality of life and quality of the elderly.
