穴位贴敷联合四君子汤合四逆散加减治疗肝郁脾虚型失眠的临床疗效观察

Observation on Clinical Efficacy of Acupoint Application Combined with Modified Sijunzi Decoction and Sini Powder on Insomnia of Liver Stagnation and Spleen Deficiency Type

目的:观察穴位贴敷联合四君子汤合四逆散加减对肝郁脾虚型失眠患者的临床疗效。方法:选取南昌大学第一附属医院治未病中心2020年9月至2021年2月收治的60例肝郁脾虚型失眠患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组给予四君子汤合四逆散加减治疗,观察组给予穴位贴敷联合四君子汤合四逆散加减治疗。观察两组临床疗效、中医证候积分以及匹兹堡睡眠质量评分(PSOI)。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);中医证候积分以及PSOI评分前后对比,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:穴位贴敷联合四君子汤合四逆散加减比单纯运用四君子汤合四逆散加减治疗肝郁脾虚型失眠临床疗效更佳。

Objective:To observe clinical effect of acupoint application combined with modified Sijunzi decoction and Sini powder on insomnia patients with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type.Methods:Sixty insomnia patients from September 2020 to February 2021 of the first affiliated hospital of Nanchang university were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group.In the control group,30 patients were treated with modified Sijunzi decoction and Sini powder;In the observation group,30 patients were given acupoint application combined with modified Sijunzi decoction and Sini powder.Observed the clinical efficacy,the TCM syndrome score index,and the pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSOI)score.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);TCM syndrome score and PSOI score before and after comparison,the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of acupoint application combined with Sijunzi decoction combined with Sini powder is better than that of simply using Sijunzi decoction combined with Sini powder in the treatment of insomnia with liver depression and spleen deficiency.
