政府开放数据用户认知影响因素研究——先验图式调节效应

Influencing Factors of Government Open Data User Cognition——The Moderating Effect of Transcendental Schema

【目的/意义】政府开放数据认知的影响因素在设计和优化政府数据的信息表征方式上具有参考价值。【方法/过程】基于表征理论、技术接受模型和图式理论,构建了政府开放数据用户认知的影响因素理论假设模型,利用问卷调查法获取数据并采用结构方程方法验证假设。【结果/结论】政府开放数据的动作性表征、映像性表征和符号性表征均正向影响用户的感知有用性和感知易用性,进而间接影响用户的认知反应,先验图式在感知有用性、感知易用性与认知反应间均起到正向调节作用。【创新/局限】本文构建的政府开放数据用户认知影响因素模型具有一定的实践指导价值,由于认知比较复杂,影响认知反应的因素众多,故模型中的因素可能不够全面。

【Purpose/significance】The influencing factors of government open data cognition have reference value in designing and optimizing the information representation of government data.【Method/process】Based on the representation theory,technology acceptance model and schema theory,a theoretical hypothesis model of the influencing factors of government open data users’ cognition was constructed.The author uses the questionnaire to obtain data and uses the structural equation model to verify the hypothesis.【Result/conclusion】The action representation,reflexive representation and symbolic representation of government open data positively affect users’ perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, and indirectly affect users’ cognitive responses. The transcendental schema plays a moderating role between perceived usefulness and cognitive response,as well as perceived ease of use and cognitive response.【Innovation/limitation】The influencing factor model of government open data user cognition constructed in this paper has certain practical guidance value.Because cognition is relatively complex and there are many factors that affect cognitive response,the factors in the model may not be comprehensive enough.
