Research and application of space electrostatic accelerometer

摘要 综述了空间静电加速度计研制中的关键技术,包括敏感探头研制、精密测量和控制、地面性能测试等,重点介绍了华中科技大学引力中心团队在高精度空间静电加速度计研制中的研究进展,并给出了多次空间飞行实验的结果,最后对静电加速度计性能进一步提高,以及对今后空间引力波探测中的惯性传感器设计与应用进行了展望. The research progress of the key technologies of high-precision space electrostatic accelerometer was reviewed systematically,including sensor head design and manufacturing,precision measurement and control,ground-based performance test and so on.The research progress of the Center for Gravitational Experiments team of Huazhong University of Science and Technology in the development of high-precision space electrostatic accelerometer is introduce,and the in-orbit experimental results of the electrostatic accelerometers are given.Finally,the further promotion of the performance of electrostatic accelerometer,and the design and application of inertial sensors in spaceborne gravitational wave detection are prospected.
