摘要
为分析种、产地、生长期对肉苁蓉中苯乙醇苷类含量的影响,以不同种、产地、生长期肉苁蓉为研究对象,利用HPLC法测定分析肉苁蓉中松果菊苷、肉苁蓉苷A、毛蕊花糖苷及2-乙酰基洋丁香酚苷的含量。结果显示,新疆管花肉苁蓉花期前松果菊苷(16.040 mg/g)、毛蕊花糖苷(3.714 mg/g)、2-乙酰基洋丁香酚苷(0.398 mg/g)的含量较荒漠肉苁蓉高,荒漠肉苁蓉花期前苯乙醇苷类含量比较:内蒙古>新疆。内蒙荒漠肉苁蓉3个生长时期苯乙醇苷类含量比较,松果菊苷花期前含量最高为4.503 mg/g,花期前>吸器>花期;肉苁蓉苷A吸器含量最高为5.501 mg/g,吸器>花期前>花期;毛蕊花糖苷花期前含量最高为1.250 mg/g,花期前>花期>吸器;2-乙酰基洋丁香酚苷花期含量最高为1.881 mg/g,花期>花期前>吸器。试验表明不同种、产地和生长期肉苁蓉苯乙醇苷类含量差异显著,可为肉苁蓉后续的质量评价和药材使用提供试验依据。
To determine the effects of species, producing area and growing period on the content of phenylethanol glycosides in Cistanche deserticola, quantitative analysis of echinacoside, cistanoside A, verbascoside and 2-acetylacteoside in Cistanche herba from different regions and different growth periods was conducted by HPLC. The results showed that the content of echinacoside(16.040 mg/g), verbascoside(3.714 mg/g) and 2-acetylacteoside(0.398 mg/g) in Cistanche tubulose was higher than that in Cistanche deserticola. The content of these four phenylethanolic glycosides in Cistanche tubulose from Inner Mongolia was higher than that from Xinjiang. Phenylethanol glycosides in three growth stages of Cistanche deserticola in Inner Mongolia were compared. The results showed that the highest preanthesis content of echinoside was 4.503 mg/g, with preanthesis>haustorium>anthesise;the highest haustoria content of cistanoside A was 5.501 mg/g, with haustorium>preanthesis>anthesis;the highest preanthesis content of verbascoside was 1.250 mg/g, preanthesis>anthesisand>haustoria;the highest content of 2-acetylacteoside at flowering stage was 1.881 mg/g, anthesis>preanthesis>haustoria. It was showed that there were significant differences in phenylethanol glycosides content among different species, producing areas and growing stages of Cistanche herba, which could provide experimental basis for subsequent quality evaluation and use of Cistanche herba.
