摘要 为全面了解平湖市市售韭菜的农药残留检出及超标情况, 2018-2021年平湖市市场监管局共计抽取的292批次韭菜,对甲胺磷等49种农药残留情况进行检测分析。此轮检测共计发现不合格样品87批次,不合格率呈逐年下降趋势,但农药残留情况却趋于复杂,表现出农药检出率较高,混合用药现象普遍,农残超标季节化,国标未做限值农药检出率快速升高等特点。随着监管的加强,韭菜的农残问题得到一定改善,但仍存在较高的安全风险,建议政府有关部门创新监管方式,采取针对性措施,规范市场秩序,确保本市食用农产品安全。 In order to fully understand the detection and exceeding standard of pesticide residues in leeks sold in Pinghu City, a total of 292 batches of leeks were selected by Pinghu Market Supervision Bureau from 2018 to 2021, and 49 kinds of pesticide residues such as methamidophos were detected and analyzed. A total of 87 batches of unqualified samples were found in this round of testing, the unqualified rate showed a downward trend year by year, but the situation of pesticide residues tended to be complex, showing the characteristics of high pesticide detection rate, common phenomenon of mixed drugs, seasonality of agricultural residues exceeding the standard, no limit value in the national standard, and rapid increase of pesticide detection rate. With the strengthening of supervision, the problem of agricultural residues in leek has been improved to some extent, but there are still high safety risks. It is suggested that the relevant government departments should innovate the supervision methods and take targeted measures to standardize the market order and to ensure the safety of edible agricultural products in this city.
