Migration Risk of PAEs in Fatty Food Packaged with Plastic Material

摘要 评估不同储存条件下塑料包装含油脂食品中的邻苯二甲酸酯(phthalic acid esters, PAEs)至食品中的迁移风险。采集50批次塑料包装含油脂食品,采用气相色谱-质谱法(gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, GC-MS)测定其不同储存温度和时间下的PAEs含量,并考察样品中PAEs的迁移风险。50批次样品中,共计有9批次样品检出PAEs,检出率为18%;样品在室温下储存120 d之后检出率增加至26%, PAEs迁移率为20%,最大迁移量为0.451 mg/kg;对其中19批次样品测定其不同储存温度下的PAEs含量,随着储存温度的升高,其中7批次样品存在迁移风险,迁移率为36.8%,最大迁移量为0.806 mg/kg。由于受到塑料包装的污染,含油脂食品存在一定的PAEs迁移风险,随着储存时间延长和储存温度的升高,这种风险也会有所增加,并且储存温度导致的迁移风险要高于储存时间,高温下DIBP的迁移风险要高于DBP。 The migration risk of PAEs in fatty food packaged with plastic materials was evaluated under different storage conditions. About 50 batches of fatty food packaged with plastic materials were collected. With different storage temperatures and time, the content of PAEs in the samples was detected by GC-MS, and the migration risk of PAEs in the samples was examined. PAEs was detected in 9 batches of samples, with a detection rate of 18%. The detection rate of PAEs increased to 26% after the samples were stored at room temperature for 120 d, the migration rate of PAEs was 20%, and the maximum migration was 0.451 mg/kg. At the same time, the content of PAEs in 19 batches of samples was determined at different storage temperatures. With the increase of storage temperature, 7 batches of samples had migration risk, with the migration rate of 36.8% and the maximum migration rate of 0.806 mg/kg. Due to contamination from their plastic packaging, fatty food had a certain migration risk of PAEs, which could increase with the increase of storage time and temperature. The migration risk caused by storage temperature was higher than that caused by storage time, and the migration risk of DIBP was greater than that of DBP at higher temperature.
