提高含硅腐竹中铝含量测定准确度

The Improvement on the Accuracy of Determination of Aluminum Content in Silicon Containing Yuba

摘要 比较不同的微波消解条件、不同的测定模式,用三重四极杆电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测定含硅腐竹中铝含量。结果表明,较高的微波消解温度、适当的保持时间,能提高检测结果的稳定性和准确性。用TQ-NH3模式中的原位模式(on mass mode)测定,抗干扰能力更强,准确性高。 By comparing different microwave digestion conditions and different determination modes, the content of aluminum in silicon containing beancurd sticks is determined by triple quadrupole inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer. The results show that a higher temperature during microwave digestion and appropriate holding time can improve the stability and accuracy of the detection results. The in-situ mode of TQ-NH3 mode(on mass mode) can also increase the anti-interference ability and detecting accuracy.
