基于POE的南昌市八一公园使用状况评价研究

Study on the Evaluation of the Use of Bayi Park in Nanchang City based on POE-method

城市公园具有生态效益、经济效益和社会效益,是人们休闲娱乐、放松身心的重要场所。文章以南昌市八一公园为研究对象,采用POE研究其使用状况,了解游客对公园使用的满意度。结果表明,使用者对八一公园总体满意度较高,但存在空间类型单一、公共设施陈旧、服务能力不足等问题。文章从八一公园的实证出发,根据研究得出的问题一一提出改善策略。

Urban parks have ecological,economic and social benefits,and are important places for people to relax and enjoy themselves.The article takes Bayi Park in Nanchang City as the research object and adopts the POE method to study its usage condition and understand visitors’satisfaction with the use of the park.The results show that users are generally satisfied with Bayi Park,but there are problems such as the single type of space,outdated public facilities and insufficient service capacity.The article starts from the empirical evidence of Bayi Park and proposes improvement strategies based on each of the problems derived from the study.
