面向智能信息技术的产教融合协同育人路径的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of the Collaborative Education Path for the Integration of Production and Education for Intelligent Information Technology

应用型本科院校在制定人才培养目标的过程中,需要做好充分调研,结合地方经济社会发展的实际状况,将培养服务于地方经济社会发展的应用型人才作为高校的使命和中心任务。“产教融合、协同育人”是实现人才培养目标和中心任务的基本途径和重要举措。以广东白云学院白云宏产业学院为例,开展面向智能信息技术的现代产业学院建设试点,研究“产教融合、协同育人”的基本内涵,积极探索了校企合作共建产业学院、专业、课程、教材、团队、平台的“六共建”创新形式,探索“产教融合、协同育人”的实施路径,以“六共建”作为建设的基本任务贯彻实施,取得了人才培养质量、教育教学质量以及专业建设质量的全面提升。

In the process of formulating talent training goals,application-oriented undergraduate colleges need to do a good job of research and take into account the actual situation of local economic and social development,and regard the training of applied talents serving local economic and social development as the mission and central task of colleges and universities."Integration of production and education,collaborative education"is a basic approach and an important measure to achieve the goal and central task of talent training.Take the Baiyunhong Industrial College of Guangdong Baiyun University for example,the pilot project of the construction of a modern industrial college oriented to intelligent information technology is carried out,the basic connotation of"integration of production and education,collaborative education"is studied,and the innovative form of"six co-constructions"of industrial college,specialties,courses,teaching materials,teams and platforms is actively explored.This paper explores the implementation path of"integration of production and education and collaborative education",implements the"six co-constructions"as the basic task of construction,and has achieved the overall improvement of the quality of talent training,the quality of education and teaching and the quality of professional construction.
