面向职业资格认证的软件测试能力培养路径研究

Research on Qualification Certification Oriented Training Path of Software Testing Ability

针对当前软件测试课程教学中所面临的挑战,利用“1+X”证书制度在软件测试专业试点的契机,提出一种面向职业资格认证的软件测试能力培养方式,试图将测试相关的证书评价体系有机融入当下的软件测试教学和评价体系中去,对现有的教学和实验内容进行改革,为培养当下测试行业亟需的应用型人才提出新的思路和有益尝试。

In view of the current problems in the process of software testing professional course teaching,combining with 1+X certificate system pilot scheme applied in software testing courses,this paper proposes a training method of software testing ability which is professional qualification certification oriented.In order to organically combine the software test teaching and evaluation system with the related certificate evaluation system,and reform the existing teaching and experiment content,this paper puts forward a new idea and beneficial attempt for cultivating application-oriented talents urgently needed in the current testing industry.
