通过介绍融雪性洪水灾害的基本概念,归纳融雪性洪水的特点和危害,总结新疆北方部分地区当地部门和救援力量相应的应急措施,以及基层消防救援站现场处置的对策及作用。

This paper briefly introduces the basic concepts of snowmelt flood, sums up the characteristics and harm of snowmelt flood, and summarizes the corresponding emergency measures of local departments and rescue forces in some areas of northern Xinjiang. What’s more,the paper analyzes the countermeasures and functions of on-site disposal of grassroots fire rescue stations.
