摘要
综述了近年来人工微生物多细胞体系在环境领域的应用研究进展,概述了人工微生物多细胞体系的优势、构建与调控策略,重点介绍了其在废水处理、土壤修复、有机废物能源转化等方面的应用现状,并剖析了人工微生物多细胞体系在环境领域应用面临的挑战及未来的重点发展方向,包括基于微生物菌群相互作用与代谢网络设计构建复杂的人工多细胞体系,利用培养条件优化、劳动分工、群感效应、3D菌群结构设计与计算仿真技术等策略调控其组成与功能,提高其稳定性和环境适应性,以及开发基于人工多细胞体系的环境生物处理新技术新工艺.
The application and research progress of synthetic microbial consortia in the field of environment was reviewed in recent years.The advantages,construction and regulation strategies of synthetic microbial consortia were summarized and its application status in wastewater treatment,soil remediation,and energy conversion of organic wastes was mainly introduced.In addition,the challenges and future development direction of synthetic microbial consortia in the environmental field were analyzed,including the design and construction of complex synthetic microbial consortia based on microbial flora interaction and metabolic network,the regulation of its composition and function and the improvement of its stability and environmental adaptability using strategies such as optimization of culture conditions,division of labor,quorum sensing,3D colony structure design and computational simulation technology,and the development of new technologies and processes for environmental biological treatment based on synthetic microbial consortia.
