微波辐射对SiC复合过滤器的灭菌效果试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 为解决空调系统过滤器容易滋生微生物,进而对室内空气造成二次污染的问题,提出将微波灭菌技术应用于空调系统过滤器,对过滤器拦截下来的微生物进行杀灭.为提高过滤器对微波辐射的吸收能力,提出将过滤器与吸波材料碳化硅(SiC)粉末进行结合,进一步搭建空调系统微波灭菌试验平台,研究微波辐射对提出的SiC复合过滤器上金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭效果,结果表明:微波辐射对提出的SiC复合过滤器上的金黄色葡萄球菌具有很好的杀灭效果;在600 W灭菌功率下灭菌5 min,过滤器各测点便均能达到90%以上的灭菌率;在一定范围内,提高灭菌功率或延长灭菌时间均能在一定程度上提高灭菌率,且提高灭菌功率的效果更为明显. To solve the problem that the filter in the air-conditioning system is easy to breed microorganism and cause secondary pollution to the indoor air,applying the microwave sterilization technology to the air-conditioning system filter was proposed to kill the microorganism intercepted by the filter.To improve the absorptive capacity of the filter to the microwave radiation,combining the filter with the absorbing material SiC(silicon carbide)powder was proposed.The experimental platform of the air-conditioning system for microwave sterilization was further built to study the sterilization effect of the microwave radiation on staphylococcus aureus on the proposed SiC composite filter.Results show that the microwave radiation has a good sterilization effect on staphylococcus aureus on the proposed SiC composite filter.The sterilization rate of each measuring point on the filter can reach more than 90%at 600 W sterilization power for 5 min.Within a certain range,increasing the sterilization power or prolonging the sterilization time can improve the sterilization rate to a certain extent,and the effect of increasing the sterilization power is more significant.
