摘要
针对X100钢材在原油环境中的CO_(2)腐蚀问题,通过实验的方式分别进行了含水率、温度、CO_(2)分压以及流速对腐蚀行为的影响研究,为X100管道的安全使用奠定基础。结果表明:随着原油含水率的增加,X100钢材的腐蚀速率逐渐增加;随着温度的升高,腐蚀速率先升高后下降,在温度为40℃时,钢板表面的腐蚀产物膜较为疏松,腐蚀最为严重;X100钢材随着原油中CO_(2)分压的增加先增加后降低,当原油中CO_(2)分压为2.5 MPa时,腐蚀产物出现了多层的状况;随着原油流速的逐渐增加,钢材的腐蚀速率呈先增加后减小的趋势,在流速为1.0m/s时,钢材的腐蚀相对较为严重,钢材表面存在较多的细小且深度较深的孔洞。
Aiming at the problem of CO_(2)corrosion of X100 steel in the crude oil environment,the effects of moisture content,temperature,partial pressure of CO_(2)and flow rate on the corrosion behavior were studied by experiments,which can lay a foundation for the safe use of X100 pipelines.The results show that as the water content of crude oil increases,the corrosion rate of X100 steel gradually increases;as the temperature increases,the corrosion rate increases and then decreases.At 40℃,the corrosion product film on the surface of the steel plate is relatively loose,then,the corrosion is the most serious;with the increase of CO_(2)partial pressure in crude oil,X100 steel shows a trend of first increase and then decrease.When CO_(2)partial pressure in crude oil is 2.5 MPa,there are multiple layers of corrosion products.With the gradual increase of the flow rate of crude oil,the corrosion rate of the steel materials increases first and then decreases.At the velocity of 1.0 m/s,the corrosion of steel materials is relatively serious.There are many small and deep holes on the steel surface.
